Sami Gemayel says his party does not fear weapons
Kataeb MP Sami Gemayel said during a Thursday night dinner for Kataeb students that âhis party does not fear any [non-state] weapons⦠and will always say the truth no matter what the cost.â
âRemoving Hezbollahâs weapons and serving justice are not, in themselves, the [final goals] of Kataeb,â a statement issued by his office quoted him as saying.
Gemayel added that the issue of non-state arms and justice are obstacles to his partyâs âdream of a diversified and civilized Lebanon.â
The MP called on Kataeb youth âto be honest and present a good example to others, an example of people who do not fear anything and who are ready to defend their country and build its future.â

It is neutral.

This will allow you to be able to take control of your fear and be able to take the steps towards handling the weapon.
The next thing that you should do to conquer your fear is to familiarize yourself with guns. If you have bought an unloaded gun, then take it to the range without firing it. Get the feel of the gun in your hand and learn everything you can about it. This is a great way to learn if it has a hair trigger, if it takes some extra elbow grease to fire it, or if it would just make you feel better to know how it works. This will help you work your way up to the next step.
Your next step should definitely be to enroll in a gun safety course. You can never learn enough safety tips when it comes to gun, and knowing how to handle guns safely can be a big confidence boost when it comes to dealing with them. And that confidence is definitely needed when dealing with a phobia.
Your final test should be taking your gun to the gun range and firing off a few rounds. This will give you the perspective you need to be able to use your weapon in the event of an emergency or when hunting. It will also serve to empower you further. While overcoming any phobia can be difficult, in the case of an inanimate object, it is a fear that can be easily conquered so long as you remember that you control it and not the other way around.
